NFC Everywhere
Controller, frontend and connected-tag solutions for the next generation of NFC applications.
The NXP NTAG® family of connected NFC tags adds tap-and-go connectivity to many electronic devices. In contrast to standard NTAGs, the connected NFC tags use an RF interface that’s fully compliant with the NFC Forum’s specifications. The additional host interface offers an easy link to the cloud. The tags feature energy harvesting and therefore good riddance to external power source. When it comes to security, the Originality Signature, an algorithm that supports digital elliptic curve cryptography (ECC), adds an extra level of security and enables tag validation without a cloud connection.
