Social Responsibility

We apply a management system framework to its human-rights due diligence process. This includes conducting comprehensive risk-assessment of our business value chain, implementing policies, standards and protocols to address and remediate the salient human rights risks.

Our due diligence approach is based on the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs) on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Responsible Business Conduct Guidelines, among key international frameworks on human rights and responsible business conduct.

  IDENTIFY AND ASSESS

  We evaluate actual and potential human‑rights impacts through supplier risk assessments, self‑assessment questionnaires, audits, collaboration with stakeholders and human‑rights experts, and reviews of prior due‑diligence results.

  INTEGRATE AND ACT

  We use assessment findings to guide our actions through policies, standards, and tools, supported by the Sustainability Management Board, capacity building, collaboration with the Purchasing team and ongoing post‑audit follow‑up.

  TRACK

  We track progress by monitoring actions and responses through post‑audit follow‑up calls, verification audits, monthly key performance indicators, surveys and private worker interviews.

  COMMUNICATE

  We communicate our impacts and enable two‑way engagement through annual reporting, worker‑management dialogues, focus‑group discussions and grievance mechanisms.
