The BGU6101 MMIC is an unmatched wideband MMIC featuring an integrated bias, enable function and wide supply voltage range. BGU6101 is part of a family of three products (BGU6101, BGU6102 and BGU6104).

This customer evaluation kits contains two application boards, the ISM/LTE band of 700 MHz – 930 MHz and the ISM band of 1.8 GHz – 2.2 GHz.
