MCX E Series Microcontrollers
The MCX E series of Arm® Cortex®-M4F and Arm® Cortex®-M7 microcontrollers are built for high-reliability industrial and IoT applications, offering robust 5 V operation, up to 4 MB Flash, 512 kB SRAM and integrated functional safety. Designed for harsh environments, they extend the Kinetis E legacy with enhanced safety (IEC 61508) and EdgeLock® security for a secure-by-design approach.
Key features include CAN-FD, 10/100 Ethernet, low-power serial interfaces and advanced motor control via 8 FlexTimers(E24) or 3 eMIOS modules(E31). The series supports 24/7 operation up to 135 °C and is backed by precertified safety libraries and documentation for critical applications.
