The PF1550 is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed for low-power portable, wearable, and Internet of Things (IoT) applications based on i.MX processors. The PF1550 provides a complete power solution for battery-powered systems built on i.MX 7ULP, i.MX 6, and i.MX RT processors.
It integrates a 1 A Li-ion battery charger, three high-efficiency buck converters, three linear regulators, DDR reference, and RTC supplies to power processors, memory, and peripheral devices. The PF1550 is available in a compact 5 × 5 mm QFN package optimized for space-constrained designs.
Participating products are available for a minimum of 10 years. Designated participating products developed for the automotive, telecom and medical segments are available for a minimum of 15 years.
