The PF81/PF82 family of power management integrated circuits (PMICs) is designed for high-performance automotive applications, including infotainment, telematics, instrument clusters, vehicle networking, ADAS, vision, and sensor fusion.
The PF82 supports ISO 26262 functional safety requirements for systems up to ASIL B(D), while the PF81 provides power management and digital control for applications that do not require functional safety features.
Optimized for i.MX 8, i.MX 8X, S32V, and Layerscape® processor LS1043A, the PF81/PF82 family integrates seven high-efficiency buck converters and four linear regulators to power processors, memory, and peripheral devices.
