The PF09 is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) optimized for high-performance i.MX95 applications. It integrates five high-efficiency buck converters and four linear regulators to power processors, memory, and peripheral devices while providing low quiescent current in standby and low-power off modes.
The PF09 is developed in compliance with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 safety standards and includes safety features, failsafe outputs, and integrated self-test mechanisms. It supports safety-oriented system partitioning for applications requiring functional safety levels up to ASIL D and SIL 2.
