The PF3000 is a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) designed to provide a complete power solution for i.MX application processors. Its configurable architecture supports multiple output rails with programmable voltages, current capabilities, and power sequencing, enabling efficient power management for processors, memory, and peripheral devices. The PF3000 is optimized for i.MX 7Solo, i.MX 7Dual, i.MX 6DuaLite, and single-core i.MX application processors, supporting low-power system designs. Compatibility with i.MX reference designs and support for dynamic voltage scaling help simplify system integration and optimize power consumption.
Participating products are available for a minimum of 10 years. Designated participating products developed for the automotive, telecom and medical segments are available for a minimum of 15 years.
