FRDM-MCXA266 is a compact and scalable development board for rapid prototyping for either the MCX A175, A176, A185, A186, A255, A256, A265 and A266 MCUs, ideal for industrial HMI, secure connected sensing, and USB-enabled control designs. It provides industry-standard headers for easy access to the MCU’s I/Os, integrated open-standard serial interfaces, and an on-board MCU-Link debugger.

Designed to accelerate development of smart sensing, motor control, and industrial HMI applications, it includes FS USB Type-C device functionality, SLCD, CAN-FD, SmartDMA/camera and FlexIO/LCD expansion headers, and security-enabled MCU support to simplify evaluation, expansion, and application development.

Additional tools such as the Expansion Board Hub (EBH) for add-on boards and the Application Code Hub for software examples are available through the MCUXpresso Developer Experience.
