FRDM‑MCXA344 is a compact and scalable development board for rapid prototyping with MCX A343 and A344 MCUs, ideal for cost-optimized motor control and smart sensing designs. It provides industry-standard headers for easy access to the MCU’s I/Os, integrated open-standard serial interfaces and an on-board MCU-Link debugger.

Designed to accelerate development of smart sensing, motor control, and compact control endpoints, it includes CAN-FD connectivity, a Mathematical Acceleration Unit (MAU) to improve performance in real-time motor control computations, a SmartDMA/LCD expansion header to simplify evaluation, expansion and application development.

Additional tools such as the expansion board hub (EBH) for add-on boards and the application code hub (ACH) for software examples are available through the MCUXpresso Developer Experience.
