FRDM-MCXA174 is a compact and scalable development board for rapid prototyping of MCX A173 and A174 microcontroller units (MCUs). They offer industry standard headers for easy access to the MCU's I/Os, integrated open-standard serial interfaces, external flash memory and an on-board MCU-Link debugger. Additional tools like our Expansion Board Hub (EBH) for add-on boards and the Application Code Hub (ACH) for software examples are available through the MCUXpresso Developer Experience.

  • Up to 256 KB Flash with up to 64 KB RAM and with 8 KB error correction code (ECC), support for smart direct memory access (SmartDMA), controller area network flexible data-rate (CAN-FD), low-power universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter (LPUART), low-power serial peripheral interface (LPSPI), low-power inter-integrated circuit (LPI²C ) and direct memory access (DMA)
