The TJA1445 is a CAN FD transceiver with partial networking support designed for automotive CAN and CAN FD networks. The TJA1445 implements CAN FD according to ISO 11898-2:2024 parameter sets A-B and supports selective wake-up functionality, enabling nodes to remain in sleep mode while CAN bus traffic continues. Developed in compliance with ISO 26262 and supporting ASIL B requirements, the TJA1445 offers low-power operation, CAN FD passive functionality, and advanced networking features. The TJA1445B adds enhanced flexibility through a TXEN_N pin and configurable GPIOs, including support for additional communication functions.
