The TJA1057 is a high-speed CAN transceiver that provides the interface between a CAN protocol controller and a two-wire CAN bus in automotive applications. The TJA1057 supports reliable high-speed CAN communication and delivers differential transmit and receive capabilities for automotive networks.
As a member of NXP’s Mantis family of CAN transceivers, the TJA1057 offers enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance and improved robustness compared to earlier CAN transceiver generations. The device also provides passive behavior when unpowered, helping maintain reliable network operation in automotive systems.
Participating products are available for a minimum of 10 years. Designated participating products developed for the automotive, telecom and medical segments are available for a minimum of 15 years.
