PN512 is a broadly adopted NFC frontend - powering more than 10 billion NFC transactions per year. It is a highly integrated NFC Forum-compliant front-end for contactless communication at 13.56 MHz. The PN512 uses an outstanding modulation and demodulation concept completely integrated for different kinds of contactless communication methods and protocols. It offers high efficiency with low-power down currents and flexible device host connection via multiple interfaces. It is compatible with all NXP smart card products including MIFARE®, complete NTAG® family, complete SmartMX® family.
