
MCX N94, N54, N53, N52 and N24 with Highly Integrated Low-power Dual Core Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCUs, with on-chip Accelerators and Advanced Security
The MCX A36 family of microcontrollers is optimized for motor control applications and includes a math accelerate unit (MAU). The MCX A36 family integrates two FlexPWM submodules with AND/OR invert (AOI) and supports up to four 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The family also offers a rich set of serial interfaces for control and communication.
Smart direct memory access (SmartDMA) and flexible input/output (FlexIO) provide versatile peripheral integration for advanced designs. The MCX A365 and MCX A366 devices deliver high-performance motor control capabilities at speeds up to 240 MHz. These devices support up to 1 MB of Flash memory and 256 kB of RAM and include integrated security features.
