Power Management

  • Up to 60 V DC maximum input voltage
  • Up to 15 A HV BUCK with e-fuse protection
  • Multiple switch mode regulators as well as LDO voltage regulators and a boost
  • Low Power OFF (LPOFF) mode with very low sleep current (10 µA)

System Solutions

  • Enhanced leader/follower power up sequencing management thru XFAILB pin
  • 2x input pins for wake-up detection, 3.3 V compatible and battery voltage sensing capability
  • System added value to save space and reduce complexity: AMUX
  • External pre-regulator short-circuit protection (BAT_SW)
  • Supplies, sequencing and specific functions can be programmed by One Time Programmable (OTP) memory
  • 10 ms optional RSTB release delay during power up for certain MCU compliancy
  • Device control via 32 bits I2C interface with 8-bit CRC
  • EMC optimization technics on switching regulators including spread spectrum, slew rate control and manual frequency tuning

  • Safety outputs with latent fault detection mechanism (RSTB, FS0B)

  • QFN48 pins with exposed pad for optimized thermal management
  • Permanent device customization via One Time Programmable (OTP) memory
  • Temporary OTP emulation mode for system development and evaluation
  • Ready to use hardware and software
