The S32K1 family of 32-bit automotive MCUs provides scalable Arm® Cortex®-M processing for automotive applications. The S32K1 supports a range of memory and peripheral options, high-performance operation, and ISO 26262 functional safety compliance up to ASIL B.
S32K1 MCUs integrate a basic cryptographic security engine and ultra-low-power operating modes. A production-grade software ecosystem, including automotive software development tools and SDK support for AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR applications, helps accelerate development.
The S32K1 family is available in QFN, LQFP, and MAPBGA package options for flexible system integration.
